卡前列素氨丁三醇结合缩宫素注射液治疗剖宫产产后出血的临床效果及对凝血功能的影响

Clinical effect of Carboprost Tromethamine combined with Oxytocin Injection in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section and its influence on coagulation function

目的探讨卡前列素氨丁三醇结合缩宫素注射液治疗剖宫产产后出血的临床效果及对凝血功能的影响。方法选取2022年3月至2023年2月徐州市妇幼保健院收治的72例剖宫产产后出血产妇,依据随机数字表法分为两组,每组各36例。参照组给予缩宫素注射液治疗,研究组在参照组的基础上联合应用卡前列素氨丁三醇治疗。比较两组产妇临床治疗效果、凝血功能以及不良反应总发生率。结果研究组的治疗总有效率高于参照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组凝血酶原时间、活化部分凝血活酶时间、凝血酶时间短于治疗前,纤维蛋白原水平高于治疗前(P<0.05),且研究组凝血酶原时间、活化部分凝血活酶时间、凝血酶时间短于参照组,纤维蛋白原高于参照组(P<0.05)。研究组的不良反应总发生率低于参照组(P<0.05)。结论卡前列素氨丁三醇结合缩宫素注射液治疗剖宫产产后出血临床效果显著,可改善产妇凝血功能,且安全性高。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Carboprost Tromethamine combined with Oxytocin Injection in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section and its influence on coagulation function.Methods A total of 72 puerperas with postpartum hemorrhage in Xuzhou Maternity and Child Health Care Hospital from March 2022 to February 2023 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 36 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with Oxytocin Injection,while the study group was was treated with Carboprost Tromethamine combined with Oxytocin Injection.The clinical therapeutic effect,coagulation function and total incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the study group was higher than that in the reference group(P<0.05).After treatment,the prothrombin time,activated partial thromboplastin time and thrombin time in the two groups were shorter than those before treatment,the level of fibrinogen in the two groups was higher than that before treatment(P<0.05),and the prothrombin time,activated partial thromboplastin time and thrombin time in the study group were shorter than those in the reference group,the level of fibrinogen in the study group was higher than that in the reference group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion Carboprost Tromethamine combined with Oxytocin Injection treating postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section has significant clinical effect,which can improve coagulation function of puer peras,and has high safety.
