耳穴埋籽对腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术患者术后疼痛的影响

Effect of auricular point buried seed on postoperative pain in patients undergoing laparoscopic ovarian cyst removal surgery

目的探讨耳穴埋籽对腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术患者术后疼痛的影响。方法选取2021年12月至2022年7月在江苏省中医院经气管插管全身麻醉下行腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术的100例患者,按照随机数字表法分为两组,每组各50例。实验组在拔管后行耳穴埋籽,对照组给予常规护理,比较两组的应用效果。结果实验组拔管后30 min和1、6、24 h疼痛评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组均未发生不良反应。结论耳穴埋籽在腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术后应用效果显著,可以有效缓解疼痛。

Objective To explore the effect of auricular point buried seed on postoperative pain in patients undergoing laparoscopic ovarian cyst removal surgery.Methods A total of 100 patients who underwent laparoscopic ovarian cyst removal surgery under general anesthesia with endotracheal intubation in Jiangsu Province Hospital of Chinese Medicine from December 2021 to July 2022 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The experimental group was given auricular point buried seed after extubation,while the control group was given routine nursing.The application effect of the two groups was compared.Results The pain score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group at 30 min,1 h,6 h and 24 h after extubation(P<0.05).No adverse reactions occurred in the two groups.Conclusion Auricular point buried seed has a significant application effect in laparoscopic ovarian cy st removal surgery,which can effectively relieve pain.
