家庭一体化延伸康复护理对孤独症患儿症状控制、沟通能力及家属满意度的影响

Effect of extended rehabilitation nursing with family integration on symptom control,communication ability and family satisfaction of children with autism

目的探讨家庭一体化延伸康复护理对孤独症患儿症状控制、沟通能力及家属满意度的影响。方法选取2020年6月至2022年5月东营市残疾人康复服务中心收治的96例孤独症患儿,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各48例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用家庭一体化延伸康复护理。比较两组症状控制情况、沟通能力及家属满意度。结果护理后,观察组儿童孤独症评定量表与语言行为评估量表评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组家属总满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论家庭一体化延伸康复护理可促进孤独症患儿症状控制,有效提高患儿沟通能力及家属满意度,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of extended rehabilitation nursing with family integration on symptom control,communication ability and family satisfaction of children with autism.Methods A total of 96 children with autism admitted to Dongying Disabled Rehabilitation Service Center from June 2020 to May 2022 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 48 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received extended rehabilitation nursing with family integration.Symptom control,communication ability and family satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the scores of child autism rating scale and verbal behavior assessment scale in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total family satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Extended rehabilitation nursing with family integration can promote the symptom control of children with autism,effectively improve the children’s communication ability and family satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
