针对性护理在神经内科接受介入手术女性患者中的应用

Application of targeted nursing in neurological female patients undergoing interventional surgery

目的探讨针对性护理在神经内科接受介入手术女性患者中的应用。方法选取2021年1月至2023年1月威海市中心医院收治的60例女性脑部血管疾病患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(30例)和观察组(30例)。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用针对性护理。比较两组心理状态、并发症发生情况及神经功能。结果干预后,观察组焦虑自评量表及抑郁自评量表评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对性护理在神经内科接受介入手术女性患者中的应用可改善患者心理状态及神经功能,有效减少并发症发生风险,具有临床推广价值。

Objective To investigate the application of targeted nursing in neurological female patients undergoing interventional surgery.Methods A total of 60 female patients with cerebral vascular diseases admitted to Weihai Central Hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected and divided into the control group(30 cases)and the observation group(30 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received targeted nursing.The psychological state,occurrence of complications and neurological function of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the score of the National Institute of health stroke scale in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of targeted nursing in neurological female patients undergoing interventional surgery can improve the psychological state and neurological function of patients,effectively reduce the risk of complications,and has clinical popularization value.
