孕期健康教育在妇产科孕产妇护理中的应用效果

Application effect of pregnancy health education in maternity care in obstetrics and gynecology

目的探究孕期健康教育在妇产科孕产妇护理中的应用效果。方法选取2021年5月至2022年5月于枣庄市峄城区底阁镇中心卫生院妇产科接受产检与分娩的92例孕产妇为研究对象,以奇偶数法将其分为参照组、试验组,每组46例。参照组应用常规孕期指导模式,试验组应用孕期健康教育方案,评估两组护理效果。结果试验组自然分娩率比参照组高,孕产妇的健康知识总掌握度高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论孕期健康教育在妇产科孕产妇护理中的应用效果显著,可提高自然分娩率,改善其对分娩的认知。

Objective To investigate the application effect of pregnancy health education in maternity care of obstetrics and gynecology.Methods A total of 92 pregnant women in the Obstetrics and Gynecology Department of Dige Town Central Health Center of Yicheng District in Zaozhuang City from May 2021 to May 2022 were selected as the study objects.They were divided into the reference group and the experimental group by the odd-even grouping method,with 46 cases in each group.The reference group applied the conventional pregnancy guidance model.The experimental group applied the pregnancy health education program.The effects of care in the two groups were evaluated.Results The natural delivery rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the reference group,the total maternal health knowledge mastery was higher than that of the reference group,and the differences were statistically s ignificant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of pregnancy health education is significant in maternity care of obstetrics and gynecology,can increase the rate of natural delivery and improve their knowledge of childbirth.
