母婴护理1+X证书制度在高职助产专业人才培养中的应用效果

Application effect of“1+X”certificate system of maternal and child care in the personnel training of higher vocational major in midwifery

目的分析母婴护理1+X证书制度在高职助产专业人才培养中的应用效果。方法选取2021年9月至2023年1月皖北卫生职业学院100名一年级助产专业学生为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为两组,每组50名。对照组采用常规的学校教学方案,观察组在对照组基础上融入母婴护理1+X证书制度,比较两组学生的综合考试成绩、教学方式满意度、自我知识掌握、实践操作流程方面的评分以及助产技能操作比赛高分率、母婴护理1+X证书考核通过率。结果观察组学生综合考试成绩高于对照组(P<0.05),学生对教学方式满意度、自我知识掌握评价、操作流程了解程度的评分均高于对照组(P<0.05),技能操作比赛高分率、母婴护理1+X证书考核通过率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论母婴护理1+X证书制度在高职助产专业人才培养中的应用效果显著,是提高母婴护理人员专业水平的有效途径。

Objective To analyze the application effect of“1+X”certificate system of maternal and child care in the personnel training of higher vocational major in midwifery.Methods A total of 100 first-year students majoring in midwifery in North Anhui Health Vocational College from September 2021 to January 2023 were selected and divided into two groups by the random number table method.The control group used a conventional school teaching plan,while the observation group incorporated the“1+X”certificate system of maternal and child care on the basis of the control group.The scores of comprehensive examination,satisfaction with teaching methods,self-evaluation of knowledge mastery and understanding of the operational process,and the high grade rate in skill operation competition,the passing rate of“1+X”certificate test in maternal and child care in the two groups were compared.Results The score of comprehensive examination in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of satisfaction with teaching methods,self-evaluation of knowledge mastery and understanding of the operational process in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The high grade rate in skill operation competition and the passing rate of“1+X”certificates test in maternal and infant care in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The“1+X”certificate system of maternal and child care in the personnel training of higher vocational major in midwifery has remarkable application effect,which is an effective w ay to improve the professional level of maternal and child care personnel.
