河西走廊地区农文旅融合发展研究

Research on the Integrated Development of Agriculture,Culture and Tourism in Hexi Corridor

全面推进乡村振兴战略,坚持农业农村优先发展战略,将农业与二三产业融合起来,推动农业与文化、旅游产业融合,以此激发三产之间的发展潜力和创新性。本研究基于2012-2021年产业数据,运用耦合协调度模型,构建了农业、文化、旅游产业综合评价指标体系,对河西走廊地区农文旅产业融合发展进行评价测算。结果表明:2012-2021年,河西走廊地区农文旅产业融合整体呈上升趋势,河西五市中张掖市融合发展程度最高,其次是酒泉市、武威市、金昌市、嘉峪关市,其中金昌市与嘉峪关市处于失调状态。各地市需要依据当地发展条件与发展状况,因地制宜的制定对策,从而促进农业转型升级,不断深化农文旅融合。

The 20th National Congress proposes to promote the strategy of rural revitalization,adhere to the strategy of giving priority to the development of agriculture and rural areas,integrate agriculture with secondary and tertiary industries,and promote the integration of agriculture with culture and tourism industries,so as to stimulate the development potential and innovation between the three industries.Based on the industrial data from 2012 to 2021,this study uses the coupling coordination degree model to construct a comprehensive evaluation index system of agriculture,culture and tourism industry,and evaluates the integration and development of agricultural culture and tourism industry in Hexi Corridor.The results show that the overall integration of agriculture,culture and tourism industry in Hexi Corridor is on the rise from 2012 to 2021,and Zhangye is the highest among the five cities in Hexi Corridor,followed by Jiuquan,Wuwei,Jinchang and Jiayuguan,in which Jinchang City and Jiayuguan City are in a state of imbalance.Therefore,local cities need to formulate countermeasures according to local development conditions and conditions,so as to promote agricultural transformation and upgrading and deepen the integration of agriculture,culture and tourism.
