网络直播中存在的治安问题及防范对策

Problems and Countermeasures for Public Security in Network Live Broadcast

随着互联网技术高速发展,直播行业迎来多元化发展前景。然而,网络直播繁荣的同时,不可避免地带来治安问题,网络直播正值探索阶段,若不能对其进行正确规范引导,将对网络秩序造成危害,其影响也将延伸至线下。网络直播治安问题主要包括四类,分别为虚假营销、淫秽色情、造谣传谣以及其他问题。通过对网络直播引发的治安问题进行规范与防治,能对其引发的相关治安问题执法方面提供借鉴,维护社会秩序,推动直播行业高质量发展。

With the rapid development of Internet technology,the live broadcast industry faces the prospect of diversified development.However,the network live broadcast has inevitably brought about public security problems as its flourishment.The network live broadcast is now in a stage of exploration,if it cannot be properly regulated and guided,it will do harm to the network order,even extends to the offline.There are four kinds of public security problems in live webcast,which are false marketing,obscene pornography,rumour-making and other problems.By standardizing and preventing the public security problems caused by network live broadcast,this study can provide reference for the law enforcement of related public security problems,maintain social order and promote the development of live broadcast industry with high quality.
