新时代兰州市县域经济高质量发展的路径探析

Exploration of the Path of High-Quality Development of County Economy in Lanzhou City in the New Era

文章以2011-2021年兰州市统计年鉴测评的经济指标数据作为研究对象,从经济总量、产业结构、居民人均收入水平三个层面分析了兰州市县域经济发展的现状,然后从经济发展、产业发展、社会发展、金融资本、医疗卫生、科教资源等方面选取指标对影响县域经济发展的因素进行实证分析。运用熵值法对该市县域经济发展水平进行实证分析,发现兰州市县域经济发展存在的问题,并提出“十四五”时期兰州市实现县域经济高质量发展的实践路径,为进一步促进兰州市县域经济高质量发展提供建议,并对其他县域经济发展起参考作用。

Taking the economic indicators evaluated by Lanzhou Statistical Yearbook from 2011 to 2021 as the research object,this paper analyzes the current situation of county economic development in Lanzhou from three aspects:economic aggregate,industrial structure and per capita income level.Then from the aspects of economic development,industrial development,social development,financial capital,medical and health,science and education resources,the factors affecting the development of county economy are selected for empirical analysis.The entropy method is used to make an empirical analysis of the development level of county economy in Lanzhou city,find the problems existing in the development of county economy in Lanzhou City,and put forward the practical path to realize the high-quality development of county economy in the period of"14th Five-Year Plan",provide suggestions for further promoting the high-quality development of county economy in Lanzhou City,and serve as a reference for the economic development of other counties.
