质量保证是确保物项、服务和工艺质量的有效管理措施。在核电厂物项/活动实施过程中,项目人员对物项/活动进行有效的分级管理,可以合理分配有限的资源,从而最大限度地确保核电厂建设中重要物项/活动的质量。本文结合核电厂某监测系统供货项目特点,分析和探讨了该项目实施中基于精细化管理的质保分级控制实践,实现了管理效益的最大化,建立了相应的质保分级管理体系及管理措施,希望为核电项目的质保分级管理提供一定参考。

Quality assurance is an effective management measure to ensure the quality of items,services and workmanship.During the implementation of nuclear power plant items or activities,effective hierarchical management of items or activities can rationally allocate limited resources,thereby maximally ensuring the quality of important items or activities in nuclear power plant construction.Combining with the characteristics of a monitoring system supply project of nuclear power plant.This article analyzes and discusses the quality assurance hierarchical control practice based on refined management in the implementation of the project,realizes the maximization of management benefits,establishes the corresponding quality assurance hierarchical management system and management measures,and hopes to provide some reference for the quality assurance hierarchical management of nuclear power projects.
