乡村振兴视域下农村青少年思想道德教育的困境与策略——基于江西省1000名农村青少年调研的实证分析

The Dilemma and Strategy of Ideological and Moral Education for Rural Adolescents from the Perspective of Rural Revitalization——empirical analysis based on a survey of 1000 rural adolescents in Jiangxi province

加强农村青少年思想道德教育是乡村振兴的关键内容,而乡村振兴是加强农村青少年思想道德教育的重要保障。通过对江西省1000名农村青少年思想道德现状进行调研发现,目前,农村青少年思想道德教育存在家庭教育失责、学校教育失衡、社会环境失调等多方面困境。突破困境的关键在于,破除城乡“二元”壁垒,推进城乡思想道德教育公平化进程;完善农村家庭道德教育,让青少年在潜濡默化中养成优良品德;发挥学校德育主体优势,将德育贯穿学校教育全过程;发挥农村各类阵地的德育功能,营造明德守礼的浓厚氛围。

Strengthening the ideological and moral education of rural adolescents is a key component of rural revitalization,and rural revitalization is an important guarantee for strengthening the ideological and moral education of rural adolescents.Through a study of 1000 rural adolescents in Jiangxi Province,it is found that there are currently multiple dilemmas in the ideological and moral education of rural adolescents,including family education failure,school education imbalance,and social environment imbalance.The key to breaking through the dilemma lies in:breaking down the“dual”barriers between urban and rural areas,and promoting the process of fair ideological and moral education in urban and rural areas;improving the moral education of rural families,and allowing young people cultivate good moral character under subtle influence;giving full play to the advantages of the mainstay of school moral education,and carry outing moral education throughout the entire process of school education;bringing into play the moral education function of various positions in rural areas,and creating a strong atmosphere of morality and propriety.
