基于“散者收之”探讨糖尿病肾病蛋白尿治疗

摘要 蛋白尿作为糖尿病肾病的典型临床表现之一,既是糖尿病肾病的病理产物,也是病理因素。“散者收之”语出《素问·至真要大论篇》,在临床指导疾病治疗上有着重要的地位。文章通过溯源“散者收之”,阐明“散者收之”的含义,并结合这一理论探讨了糖尿病肾病蛋白尿病因病机和治疗。为中医药治疗糖尿病肾病提供了新思路、新方法。 As one of the typical clinical manifestations of diabetes nephropathy,proteinuria is not only the pathological product of diabetes nephropathy,but also the pathological factor.The phrase“scattered and collected”originates from the Suwen Zhizhenyao Dalun and plays an important role in guiding disease treatment in clinical practice.This article clarifies the meaning of“scattered collection”by tracing the origin of“scattered collection”,and discusses the etiology,pathogenesis and treatment of proteinuria in diabetes nephropathy with this theory.It provides new ideas and new methods for the treatment of diabetes nephropathy with traditional Chinese medicine.
