基于城市信息模型的“数字住建”架构体系研究

Research on Digital Housing and Urban-rural Development System Based on City Information Modeling

本文基于住房和城乡建设部提出的“举全行业之力,推进‘数字住建’”理念,针对住房城乡建设业务由于没有形成贯通闭环而导致协同性不足,缺乏跨部门、政企协同的统一数字底座导致建设管理系统性不足等住建行业问题,提出了基于城市信息模型(CIM)的“数字住建”架构体系。通过对体系内八大业务领域进行细致分析,阐述基于CIM平台的数字化对住建行业转型升级的赋能作用,并从“数字住建”支撑体系、规范体系、数据资产价值挖掘等方面提出建议,对于数字赋能住建行业高质量发展具有一定的借鉴意义。

This article is based on the concept of"leveraging the power of the entire industry to promote'digital housing and urban-rural development'proposed by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Rural Development."In response to issues in the housing and urban construction industry,such as insufficient collaboration due to the lack of closed loop connection in the housing and urban-rural development business,and systemic deficiency due to the lack of cross departmental unified digital infrastructure,a"digital housing and urban-rural development"architecture system based on the City Information Modeling(CIM)is proposed.Through a detailed analysis of the eight major business areas within the system,this paper elaborates on the empowering role of digitalization based on the CIM in the transformation and upgrading of the housing and urban-rural development industry,and proposes suggestions from the aspects of"digital housing and urban-rural development"support system,standard specification,and data asset value mining,which is of certain reference significance for the high-quality development of the digital empowerment of the housing and urban-rural development industry.
