Research on BIM Digital Construction Platform for Overseas Large-scale EPC Projects

本文针对海外大型EPC工程的数字建造平台开展建设研究,通过系统梳理EPC工程项目管理体系,综合利用BIM技术、物联网、大数据等手段,建设开发BIM数字建造平台,为工程项目管理赋能,提高项目管理效率,从而达到降本增效的目的。

This paper conducts research on the construction of digital construction platforms for overseas large-scale EPC projects,systematically reviews EPC project management system,comprehensively utilizes BIM technology,Internet of things,big data,to build and develop BIM digital construction platforms,so as to empower engineering project management and improve project management efficiency,so as to achieve the purpose of cost reduction and efficiency increase.
