摘要 针对历史风貌区建筑造型立体、结构镂空、错落有致的建设需求,本文提出一种装配式墙体设计施工技术。该技术基于建筑装饰正向设计,拉通装饰领域设计、生产、施工及运维流程,通过3D打印技术、装配式陶砖外墙体系技术和基于蜂窝铝的装配式轻质隔墙体技术等研究与应用,完成历史风貌区建筑装饰内外墙设计施工,全程干法施工,无污染,降低劳动力工作量,提高施工质量与设计生产施工效率,并进一步为项目级运维提供有效的数据支撑和技术支持,实现历史风貌区建筑装配式墙体的建设需求。 In view of the construction needs of three-dimensional shape,hollowed out structure and intermingled style for buildings in historic areas,this paper proposes a kind of assembled wall design and construction technology.Based on the forward design of decoration,the technology integrates the process of design,manufacture,construction and operation in the field of decoration.Through the research and application of 3D print,assembled ceramic brick curtain wall and honeycomb aluminium lightweight wall,the decoration design and construction of interior and exterior walls for buildings in historic areas can be completed.The whole process of dry construction has no pollution,reduces the workload of labor,improves the construction quality,design,production and construction efficiency,and further provides effective data support and technical support for project-level operation and maintenance,to achieve the construction needs of assembled walls in historic areas.
