摘要
在建筑行业数字化转型和施工图审查改革背景之下,各级政府鼓励使用BIM、AI技术,辅助建设工程项目审查审批。政府机构、审图公司、设计院、地产公司等建筑行业参与方对AI审查的需求日益凸显。政府住建机构作为设计质量的监管方,相继推出施工图审查制度改革,需要投入大量的人力物力对建筑施工图进行审查和抽查。如何在有限的设计和审图周期内,有效把控设计质量,从而避免设计漏洞给工程带来安全隐患和成本增加问题,成为当务之急。基于AI的二三维智能审查可实现项目图纸和模型的一键审查快速生成报告,可低成本随时抽查项目图纸,提前发现设计问题,并对审图报告进行大数据分析应用,协助政府建立监管和评估机制,引导行业和市场良性发展。
In the context of the Digital transformation of the construction industry and the reform of construction drawing review,governments at all levels encourage the use of BIM and AI technologies to assist in the review and approval of construction projects.The demand for AI review by government agencies,drawing review companies,design institutes,real estate companies and other construction industry participants is increasingly prominent.As the regulatory authority for design quality,government housing and construction institutions have successively introduced reforms to the construction drawing review system,requiring a large amount of manpower and material resources to review and spot check construction drawings.How to effectively control the design quality within the limited design and drawing review cycle,thereby avoiding safety hazards and cost increases caused by design loopholes,has become an urgent task.AI based 2D/3D intelligent review can realize one click review of project drawings and models to quickly generate reports.It can spot check project drawings at any time at low cost,find design problems in advance,and conduct Big data analysis and application of drawing review reports to help the government establish a regulatory and evaluation mechanism to guide the benign development of the industry and market.
