摘要
民航运输企业积极参与校企合作,将技能型人才需求信息及时准确地反馈给培养人才的职业院校,并直接参与技能型人才培养的整个过程,通过与职业院校共同制订培养目标、确定课程设置、实训内容和技能评价标准,达到提高技能人才培养质量的目的,满足企业对技能型人才的稳定需求。切实提高人才培养的针对性和适用性,推行“产学结合”“工学结合”“定向培养”“订单培养”等校企合作方式,促进人才培养模式的深入改革。
Civil aviation transport enterprises actively participate in school-enterprise cooperation,timely and accurately feedback the demand for skilled talents to the vocational colleges that train talents,and directly participate in the whole process of skilled talents training.By jointly formulating training objectives,determining curriculum,practical training content and skill evaluation standards with vocational colleges,they can achieve the purpose of improving the quality of skilled talents training.To meet the stable demand of enterprises for skilled talents.Effectively improve the pertinency and applicability of personnel training,implement school-enterprise cooperation methods such as“combination of production and learning”,“combination of work and study”,“orientation training”and“order training”,and promote the indepth reform of personnel training mode.
