人工智能在肥胖代谢外科中的应用

摘要 对于病态性肥胖,代谢与减重手术是迄今为止最为有效的治疗方案,不仅能长期、有效地控制体重,也能改善肥胖相关的合并症。近年来,随着人工智能领域的快速发展,围绕机器学习及深度学习技术建立的模型已广泛应用于肥胖病人的风险分层、围手术期评估以及预后评估等方面,为肥胖病人的诊疗过程提供了极大的便捷。目前人工智能技术的潜力已经在肥胖及合并症的评估、围手术期管理、手术过程以及手术效果评估等层面得到了初步的科学验证,显示出了一定的临床价值。此文就人工智能在肥胖代谢外科中的临床应用实例及未来展望进行评述,以期为人工智能技术在肥胖代谢外科的临床推广及科研探索提供参考。 As a primary treatment for morbid obesity,metabolic and bariatric surgery(MBS)is indicated for long-term and effective weight controls and improving obesity-related comorbidities.In recent years,with rapid developments of artificial intelligence(AI),various models based upon machine learning and deep learning technologies have been widely applied for risk stratifications,perioperative assessments,and outcome predications of obese patients.It offers a great convenience for diagnosing and treating MBS.Currently the potential of AI technology has been initially scientifically verified for assessing obesity and comorbidities,perioperative management,surgical procedures and outcome predications.This review focused upon the clinical applications and future prospects of AI to provide references for the clinical promotions and scientific researches of AI technology during MBS.
