摘要
高周疲劳工况下,以内壁带全焊透支撑环的椭封为模型,采用ANSYS结构优化模块,分析了支撑环5个几何参数:角度A、厚度T、内侧焊角r、外侧焊角R、至设备中心线距离L,对模型疲劳寿命表征参数最大应力值变化幅σ_(max)和刚度表征参数最大形变量Δy的影响。结果表明:σ_(max)对L的变化敏感,σ_(max)在椭封长轴方向存在明显的稳定区、衰减区和发散区;Δy对T、L的变化敏感,T、L增大模型刚度增加。
Under high-cycle fatigue condition,with the structure of inner support ring in elliptical head as the analysis object,and by using optimization module of finite element software ANSYS,the effects of angle A,the thickness T,inside welding root radius r,outside welding root radius R and the radius L of the ring to the maximum stress valueσmax and the maximum deformation valueΔy,which represents fatigue life and stiffness individually.It was found thatσmax was sensitive to the change of L,and inσmax-L figure,horizontal axis L can be divided into stability interval,decay interval and divergence interval.Moreover,Δy was sensitive to the change of T and L,the model stiffness increased with T or L increase.
