ASME B31.3标准中关于高压管道设计变化的探讨

摘要 ASME B31.3第9章高压管道章节中规定了其适用范围、许用应力的确定原则以及压力设计计算等。通过对比2016~2020版的一些变化,分析这些改变对高压管道设计产生的影响。2020版许用应力比2018版许用应力提高1.1~1.2倍,直管壁厚将相应降低;对碳钢、低合金钢等材料,高压直管的压力设计计算公式中考虑更小的安全系数,因而直管所需壁厚也将相应减薄。 For high pressure piping,Chapter IX of ASME B31.3 code specifies its scope of application,the principles for determining allowable stresses and pressure design.Some provisions and requirements of ASME B31.3-2020 are different with 2016,2018 version.The differences are discussed and analysed to evaluate the impact of high pressure piping design.For example,the allowable stresses of 2020 version are 1.1-1.2 times higher than 2018 version,so wall thickness of straight pipe will be smaller accordingly.For carbon steel and low alloy steel material,wall thickness of straight pipe will be thinner calculated according to pressure design calculation formulas in 2020 version than 2018 version because of the lower safety factor.
