住培中多专业学科联合案例教学法的教学研究——以皮肤肿瘤诊治为例

摘要 探索讨论多专业学科联合的综合治疗方式且配合案例教学法在整形科住培中的教学研究。2021年5—12月,将26名学员随机分成对照组和研究组,每组13名规培学员,对照组采用传统教学法,而研究组采用多专业学科联合的综合治疗法并配合案例教学法进行教学,观察并比较两组的考核结果、满意程度、对后续规培的帮助性、对医疗思维的建立等指标。结果显示,研究组在理论考核、临床操作考核、总体成绩、临床操作技术、医患沟通能力等方面的评分均高于对照组。因此,多专业学科联合的综合治疗方法配合案例教学法(PBL)在整形科住培中效果较好。 To explore and discuss the comprehensive treatment method of multi-specialty combined with case teaching method in plastic surgery department resident training.From May 2021 to December 2021,26 students were randomly divided into the control group and the research group,with 13 students in each group.The control group adopted the traditional teaching method,while the research group adopted the comprehensive treatment therapy combined with the case teaching method.The two groups were observed and compared in terms of assessment results,degree of satisfaction,helpfulness for follow-up training,and establishment of medical thinking.The scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group in theory examination,clinical operation examination,overall score,clinical operation technique,doctor-patient communication ability and many other aspects.The comprehensive treatment method combined with case teaching method(PBL)is effective in the resident training of plastic surgery department.
