化工新工科的递进式实践教学体系建设

摘要 在工业4.0的新时代,传统化工专业受到冲击,探索创新创业人才培养模式是新工科建设的重要任务之一。哈尔滨工业大学化学工程与工艺专业目前的实践教学体系已形成以研促教、以研促学的教学模式,但仍存在知识结构、培养机制、工程训练、知识应用等方面的问题。为解决上述问题,基于一致性建构理论,提出了以电化学工程为特色方向,践行“知识传授、能力培养、价值塑造”的培养理念,建设以基本技能训练—工程项目训练—创新创业训练—实践综合训练为主线的“递进式”实践教学体系。 In the new era of Industry 4.0,the traditional major of Chemical Engineering has been impacted,thus exploring a training mode of innovative and entrepreneurial talents is an important task of the construction of the New Engineering.The current practical teaching system of this major in Harbin Institute of Technology has formed a teaching mode of“promoting teaching and learning through research”.However,there are still problems in knowledge structure,training mechanism,engineering training and knowledge application.For solving these problems,based on the consistency construction theory,taking the electrochemical engineering as the characteristic direction,“teaching knowledge,training ability and shaping value”as the training concept a progressive practical teaching system is put forward with the main line of Basic skills training-Engineering project training-Innovation and entrepreneurship training-Comprehensive practice training.
