面向武器系统教学的军队院校虚拟教研室建设思考

Thoughts on the Construction of Virtual Teaching and Research Section in Military Academy for Weapon System Teaching

虚拟教研室是信息化时代新型基层教学组织建设的重要探索。在分析虚拟教研室的概念、特征及分类的基础上,研究了武器系统教学虚拟教研室的建设需求,构建了武器系统教研室能力模型,以多管火箭炮武器系统为例构建了虚拟教研室,并进行了教学实践探索。实践效果显示,虚拟教研室更好地满足了学生学习需求,提供了教学质量,取得了良好的效果。

The virtual teaching and research section is an important exploration of the construction of newtype grass-roots teaching organization in the information age.Based on the analysis of the concept,characteristics and classification of the virtual teaching and research section,the construction requirements of the virtual teaching and research section of weapon system was studied,and the capability model was constructed,the multiple rocket launcher weapon system was used as an example to construct the virtual teaching and research section,and the teaching practice was explored.The practical results showed that the virtual teaching and research section could better meet students’learning needs and improve teaching quality.
