Construction of the Teaching Case Base of Mechanical Manufacturing Technology

针对目前“机械制造技术基础”课程教学案例普遍存在知识点较为单一,应用背景较为陈旧的特点,通过收集来自机械领域学术前沿、工程生产实践以及项目组成员的相关科研成果的案例,建设成一个适用于机械工程领域学生培养,兼具工程实践性、学术前沿性和综合性特点的“机械制造技术基础”案例库。并探讨了案例教学的实施过程、教学形式、考核方式设计以及主要特色和创新。通过案例教学,可以使学生了解学科前沿动态,感受企业生产实际,进而提高其工程实践能力和创新意识。

The current teaching cases of the course of Mechanical Manufacturing Technology generally have the characteristics of single knowledge points and outdated application background.Through collecting the cases from the academic frontier in the mechanical field,engineering production practice and relevant scientific research achievements of project team members,this paper builds a case base of Mechanical Manufacturing Technology that is suitable for the cultivation of students in the mechanical engineering field and has the characteristics of engineering practice,academic frontier and comprehensiveness.In addition,this paper discusses the implementation process,teaching form,examination method and the main innovation of case teaching.By means of case teaching,students are capable of understanding the frontier researches,can feel the reality of manufacturing and further improve their ability of engineering practice and innovation.
