兵器类研究生国际化创新培养模式与实践

时代的发展对兵器类专业的人才提出了更高的要求,北京理工大学作为具有鲜明国防特色的高校,肩负着为国防事业输送具有国际视野的高精尖创新型人才的重要使命。基于新形势下兵器类国际化人才高端化、多元化的需求,结合北京理工大学机电学院近年来在兵器类研究生国际化方面的具体实践,从发展思路、顶层设计、模式创新、可持续发展等方面开展分析,解决兵器类研究生国际化人才培养过程中的教育教学问题,完善兵器类学科教育国际化体系,以培养出更多具备扎实基础理论知识和工程实践能力,并且能够适应国际竞争及参与国际交流合作的复合型领军领导人才。

The continuous development of The Times has put forward higher requirements for talents of weapons majors.Beijing Institute of Technology,as a university with distinctive national defense characteristics,shoulders the important mission of providing high-level,cutting-edge and innovative talents with international vision for the cause of national defense.The demand for high-end and diversified international talents of weaponry specialty has arisen in new situation.Combined with the concrete practice of internationalization of the weaponry graduates at Mechanical and Electrical Institute of the Beijing Institute of Technology in recent years,this article conducted comprehensive analysis from the aspects of the development strategy,top-level design,model innovation,and sustainable development,solved the educational and teaching issues in the nurturing process of the international talents,and improved the internationalization system of weaponry discipline to ensure that more versatile leading talents who not only have solid basic theoretical knowledge and engineering practice ability,but also can adapt to international competition and participate in international exchange and cooperation can be cultivated.
