共青团思政工作视域下的高职学生心理健康教育研究

Research on Psychological Health Education for Higher Vocational College Students from the Perspective of Ideological and Political Work of the Communist Youth League

高职学生正处在社会转型期,面临的学习与竞争压力较大,同时他们还处于三观树立的关键时期,若对压力处理不当,就可能出现心理问题。对此,高职院校需充分发挥共青团的作用,做好高职学生的心理健康教育工作,以帮助高职学生顺利渡过角色转换期。文章以思政教育改革作为研究背景,明确高职院校共青团的定位与特征,分析共青团在高职院校心理健康教育中的优势,并从四个角度提出基于共青团思政工作视域开展高职学生心理健康教育的对策。

Higher vocational college students are in a period of social transformation and face significant learning and competitive pressures.At the same time,they are still in a critical period of establishing the"three values".If the pressure is not handled properly,psychological problems may occur.In this regard,higher vocational colleges need to fully leverage the role of the communist youth league and do a good job in providing psychological health education for vocational students,in order to help them smoothly pass the role transition period.The article takes the reform of ideological and political education as the research background,clarifies the positioning and characteristics of the communist youth league in higher vocational colleges,analyzes the advantages of the communist youth league in implementing mental health education in higher vocational colleges,and proposes strategies for constructing mental health education for vocational students from four perspectives based on the ideological and political perspective of the communist youth league.
