基于产教融合的高职会展策划与管理专业人才培养研究

Research on Talent Cultivation of Exhibition Planning and Management in Higher Vocational Education Based on the Integration of Industry and Education

高职院校作为技能型人才培养的重要阵地,其人才培养模式决定了人才培养的效果。文章以高职“会展策划与管理”专业现有的人才培养模式为出发点,分析培养过程中目标不清晰、课程体系不完善且内容陈旧、教师数量少且队伍建设不合理、人才质量标准低且就业困难、校企合作浮于表面等问题,指出在产教融合背景下高职院校要明确专业人才培养目标,完善课程体系,扩大教师队伍,合理设置培养方案,搭建校企合作平台,以期为“会展策划与管理”专业人才培养提供有益参考和借鉴。

As an important battlefield for the cultivation of skilled talents,the talent cultivation mode of vocational colleges determines the effectiveness of talent cultivation.The article takes the existing talent cultivation mode of the"exhibition planning and management"major in higher vocational colleges as the starting point,analyzes the problems in the cultivation process,such as unclear goals,incomplete curriculum system and outdated content,small number of teachers and unreasonable team construction,inconsistent number and quality of talents and employment difficulties,and superficial cooperation between schools and enterprises.It points out that in the context of industry education integration,vocational colleges should clarify the goals of professional talent cultivation and improve the curriculum system,Expanding the teaching staff,setting up reasonable training plans,and building a school enterprise cooperation platform,in order to provide useful reference and reference for the cultivation of professional talents in"exhibition planning and management".
