双引擎驱动理念下高职院校以技育德“三维六化”育人实践探赜

摘要 产业转型升级需要大量德技兼备的高素质人才,“德技并修”已经成为新时代职业院校人才培养的重要目标。在德与技、校与企双引擎驱动下,“以技育德”成为高职教师提升育德能力的重要指引。结合当前高职院校职业教育特点和改革需求,高职院校要合理构建以技育德“三维六化”育人模式,坚持以专精化、标准化的师资队伍建设为保障,以数字化、阶段化的教学模式创新为基础,以一体化、长效化的校企合作为延续,促进教师以技育德能力的提升,为社会培养更多“德技并修”的专业人才。 Industrial transformation and upgrading require a large number of high-quality talents with both morality and technology,and"combining morality and technology"has become an important goal for talent cultivation in vocational colleges in the new era.Driven by the dual engines of morality and technology,as well as school and enterprise,"cultivating morality through technology"has become an important guide for vocational teachers to enhance their ability to cultivate morality.Based on the current characteristics and reform needs of vocational education in higher vocational colleges,higher vocational colleges should reasonably construct a"three dimensional and six oriented"education model based on technology and morality,adhere to the construction of specialized,refined,and standardized teaching teams as guarantees,innovate digital and phased teaching models as the foundation,and continue with integrated and long-term cooperation between schools and enterprises to promote the improvement of teachers'ability to cultivate technology and morality,cultivate more professional talents with both moral and technical skills for society.
