基于立德树人理念的高职院校德育工作路径探微

Exploration of the Path of Moral Education Work in Higher Vocational Colleges Based on the Concept of Foster Character and Civic Virtue

德才兼备的人才,能担当起建设社会主义伟大事业的重任。文章分析立德树人的内涵及其相关理论、高职院校德育工作的内涵及其独特属性,探讨高职院校开展德育工作存在的现实问题,综述高职院校开展德育工作的原则,指出基于立德树人理念的高职院校德育工作要做好三方面:构建高职院校德育共同体,实现“同向同行,协同育人”的目标;依托“三段式”德育实践,落实立德树人根本任务;建设数字化德育评估体系,提升高职院校德育工作效能。

Talents who possess both moral integrity and talent can shoulder the heavy responsibility of building the great cause of socialism.The article analyzes the connotation and related theories of foster character and civic virtue,as well as the connotation and unique attributes of moral education work in higher vocational colleges.It explores the practical problems in carrying out moral education work in higher vocational colleges,summarizes the principles of moral education work in higher vocational colleges,and points out that moral education work in vocational colleges based on the concept of cultivating morality and talents should do well in three aspects:building a moral education community in higher vocational colleges,achieving the goal of"working together and cultivating talents";relying on the"three stage"moral education practice,implementing the fundamental task of cultivating morality and cultivating people;build a digital moral education evaluation system to enhance the effectiveness of moral education work in higher vocational colleges.
