高职学生是高等教育中的特殊群体,也是不可忽视的新时代网民群体,他们的群体特性需要教师因人而异地开展思想政治教育。文章分析新形势下高职院校网络思政工作的重要性,探讨新形势下高职院校网络思政工作面临的困境,指出新形势下高职院校开展网络思政工作的三个策略是——传播内容:筑牢宣传阵地,规范主流发声;传播媒介:健全网络技术,建立媒体矩阵;传播者:加强队伍建设,提高工作效率。

Vocational college students are a special group in higher education and an undeniable group of netizens in the new era.Their group characteristics require teachers to carry out ideological and political education in different places according to individual needs.The article analyzes the importance of online ideological and political work in higher vocational colleges under the new situation,explores the difficulties faced by online ideological and political work in vocational colleges under the new situation,and points out that the three strategies for vocational colleges to carry out online ideological and political work under the new situation are:communication content:building a solid propaganda platform,standardizing mainstream voice;media:lmprove network technology and establish a media matrix;disseminators:strengthen team building and improve work efficiency.
