校企合作视域下的中职音乐表演人才培养模式刍论

摘要 校企合作是中职学校培养音乐表演人才的主要方式之一,学校通过配合企业开展规模化的实训,夯实学生的理论学习基础,强化学生的专业实践能力,对中职音乐表演专业学生的未来发展和就业能产生积极影响。培养应用型人才是中职学校音乐表演专业教育的重点目标。校企合作视域下的中职音乐表演人才培养要明确就业方向,开发适应企业岗位需求的课程;改善实训条件,激发学生学习与实训热情;团体协作演奏,培养学生高效高能的视奏能力;坚持以赛代练,培养学生驾轻就熟的舞台素质;提高教师素质,推进双师型师资队伍建设。 Cultivating applied talents is a key goal of music performance education in vocational schools.School-enterprise cooperation is one of the main ways for vocational schools to cultivate music performance talents.By cooperating with enterprises to carry out large-scale practical training,the school solidifies students'theoretical learning foundation,strengthens their professional practical abilities,and has a positive impact on the future development and employment of vocational music performance students.Under the perspective of school-enterprise cooperation,the cultivation of music performance talents in secondary vocational schools should clarify their employment direction and develop courses that meet the needs of enterprise positions;improve practical training conditions and stimulate students'enthusiasm for learning and training;group collaborative performance to enhance students'efficient and high-energy visual performance ability;adhere to using competition as a substitute for practice,cultivate students'stage skills that are easy to handle;improve the quality of teachers and promote the construction of a dual teacher team.
