校企合作视域下的中职音乐表演人才培养模式刍论

校企合作是中职学校培养音乐表演人才的主要方式之一,学校通过配合企业开展规模化的实训,夯实学生的理论学习基础,强化学生的专业实践能力,对中职音乐表演专业学生的未来发展和就业能产生积极影响。培养应用型人才是中职学校音乐表演专业教育的重点目标。校企合作视域下的中职音乐表演人才培养要明确就业方向,开发适应企业岗位需求的课程;改善实训条件,激发学生学习与实训热情;团体协作演奏,培养学生高效高能的视奏能力;坚持以赛代练,培养学生驾轻就熟的舞台素质;提高教师素质,推进双师型师资队伍建设。
