就业与升学并重视域下中职学校人才培养模式探析——以会计事务专业为例

文章首先根据相关文件内容阐述中职教育人才培养目标从“以就业为导向”向“就业与升学并重”转变的重大历史背景。其次论述“就业与升学并重”的人才培养目标给中职学校、教师、实践教学、学生带来的挑战和影响。最后从改变教育教学理念、组建优秀师资队伍、制定中高职协同人才培养方案、重构课程体系等方面,探析“就业与升学并重”视域下中职会计事务专业人才培养模式。

The article first elaborates on the significant historical transformation of the talent cultivation goal of secondary vocational education from"employment oriented"to"equal emphasis on employment and further education"based on the content of relevant documents.Secondly,it discusses the challenges and impacts brought to vocational schools,teachers,practical teaching,and students under the talent cultivation goal of emphasizing both employment and education.Finally,from the perspectives of changing educational and teaching concepts,establishing an excellent teaching team,formulating a collaborative talent cultivation plan for vocational and secondary education,and restructuring the curriculum system,this article explores the talent cultivation model for accounting affairs professionals in vocational and secondary education from the perspective of"equal emphasis on employment and further education".
