摘要 为研究锈蚀钢筋-混凝土的黏结性能及锈蚀钢筋-混凝土黏结性能的退化规律,设计制作了两组半梁式黏结试件,首先进行通电加速锈蚀,得到多组锈蚀钢筋半梁式试件;随后进行锈蚀钢筋-混凝土的黏结性能试验,使用穿心千斤顶,结合试件梁式受力的要求设计的反力架对试件钢筋进行拉拔,得到了锈蚀钢筋混凝土黏结强度和试件钢筋滑移量;试验加载完成后,取出黏结段钢筋,称重试验前后的黏结段钢筋,得到钢筋锈蚀率。通过整理分析试验数据,得到了锈蚀钢筋与混凝土黏结性能退化规律,为研究实际工程中的锈蚀钢筋混凝土构件的承载力评估提供了参考。 In order to study the bond performance of reinforcement and concrete and the degradation law of the bond performance of corroded reinforcement and concrete,two groups of half-beam bond specimens were designed and produced.Firstly,multiple groups of corroded reinforcement half-beam specimens were generated by accelerating corrosion through electricity.Then,the bond performance test of corroded reinforcement and concrete was carried out.The bond strength of the corroded reinforced concrete and the slippage of the reinforcement of the specimen were obtained by using the through-center Jack and the counter-force frame designed according to the requirements of the beam force of the specimen.After the test load was completed,the reinforcement of the bonding section was taken out,and the reinforcement of the bonding section before and after the test was weighed to obtain the corrosion rate of the reinforcement.By sorting out and analyzing the test data,the degradation law of bond performance between corroded reinforcement and concrete was obtained,which provides a reference for studying the bearing capacity evaluation of corroded reinforced concrete members in practical projects.
