智能排液输水装置电控系统软件设计

摘要 智能排液输水装置电控系统的软件控制功能包括自动化的排液、防冻以及压力调节。系统服务端采用ARM微处理器,由计算机等手持终端实现远程操作,相应的通信方式为RS485接口、RJ45接口和以太网。文章研究过程基于以上资源配置,分析了温度信号采集与转换、温度自动调节、压力信号采集与转换、压力自动控制、液位信号采集与转换、自动排液等软件功能的具体实现方法。 The software control functions of the electronic control system of the intelligent drainage and water transportation device include automated drainage,antifreeze,and pressure regulation.The system server uses an ARM microprocessor and is remotely operated by handheld terminals such as computers.The corresponding communication methods are RS485 interface,RJ45 interface,and Ethernet.Based on the above resource configurations,the research process analyzes the specific implementation methods of software functions such as temperature signal acquisition and conversion,temperature automatic adjustment,pressure signal acquisition and conversion,pressure automatic control,liquid level signal acquisition and conversion,and automatic liquid discharge.
