摘要
低碳城市建设对节能减排和实现双碳目标具有重要意义,准确评价建设成效是衡量建设思路推广价值的重要指标。为实现双碳目标,建设具有显著低碳效应的城市社区,从能源体系、建筑体系、交通体系、资源体系和碳排放管理体系等方面,开展实地调研和监测数据分析,提出了智慧低碳城市建设思路与建设路径,基于碳计量方法,量化分析城市碳源碳汇的碳数据,优化低碳城市的管理制度与模式;为有效控制城市规划、设计、建设到运营的碳排放量,分析碳源和碳汇的不同属性和功能,提出合理可行的低碳减排措施,为智慧低碳城市的碳管理提供参考。
Low-carbon city construction was of great significance to energy conservation and emission reduction and the realization of the dual-carbon goal,we and accurate evaluation for construction effect was the important indicator to measure promotional value of construction thoughts.To achieve the dual-carbon goal,we built urban communities with significant low-carbon effects,from the aspects of energy system,building system,transportation system,resource system,carbon emission management system and so on,put forward the construction ideas and paths of smart low-carbon cities.Based on the carbon measurement method,we quantitativly analysed the carbon data of urban carbon sources and sinks,optimized the carbon management system and mode of low-carbon cities.In order to effectively control the city carbon emissions from planning,design,construction to operation,and based on the different properties and functions of carbon sources and sinks,we put forward reasonable and feasible low-carbon emission reduction measures,and provided reference for the carbon management of smart low-carbon cities.
