乡村振兴视阈下高职院校大学生返乡就业创业的困境及对策研究

加快乡村振兴建设,人才是核心要素,人才振兴是乡村振兴的重要保障,是最终实现乡村振兴战略总目标的支撑,但当前我国广大农村地区十分缺乏具备现代职业技能的实用型人才。主要影响因素包括农村的基础设施建设、毕业生就业观念、人才引导政策等,同时当前高职院校也面临着毕业生求职难的问题,因此,通过进一步完善相关保证政策、畅通就业渠道、搭建就业创业服务平台、建立优质项目库等措施可以有效打通农村人才短缺和高职院校毕业生就业困难的通道,引导更多高职院校毕业生加入到乡村振兴建设队伍中。

To accelerate the construction of rural revitalization,talent is the core element,and talent revitalization is an important guarantee for rural revitalization,which is the support for ultimately achieving the overall goal of rural revitalization strategy.However,currently,there is a great lack of practical talents with modern vocational skills in the vast rural areas of China.The main influencing factors include infrastructure construction in rural areas,employment concepts for graduates,and talent guidance policies.At the same time,vocational colleges are also facing the problem of difficult job hunting for graduates.Therefore,measures such as further improving relevant guarantee policies,unblocking employment channels,building employment and entrepreneurship service platforms,and establishing high-quality project libraries can effectively bridge the gap between rural talent shortage and employment difficulties for vocational college graduates,Guide more vocational college graduates to join the rural revitalization construction team.
