摘要
涂布白卡纸对表层防水耐湿和印刷性能要求较高。本文对比探究了PA PU、碳酸锆盐和改性乙二醛类这三种典型涂料抗水剂对白卡纸用涂料黏度、涂布后纸张的湿拉毛与湿排斥等防水耐湿性能,以及平滑度、表面强度、油墨吸收性等印刷性能的影响,结果显示添加较高份数的PAPU综合性能相对最优。
Coated white paperboard has high requirements for surface waterproofing,moisture resistance and printing performance.In this paper,the effect of three typical water-resistant coating agents,namely,PAPU,zirconium carbonate and modified glyoxal,on the viscosity of coating paint for white paperboard,wet napping and wet repellency of coated paperboard,and the printing performance of smoothness,surface strength,and ink absorption performance were compared and explored.The results showed that the coated white paperboard performance of PAPU with a higher content of copies was relatively optimal.
