Optimization of ICP-MS Method for Determination of Heavy Metals Content in Paper Used for Food and Cigarette Material

纸张安全性能的关注度正在日益提高,其中食品材料用纸和烟用材料用纸的重金属含量都有标准要求,在实际生产过程中需要对其进行监控测试。电感耦合等离子体质谱仪(ICP-M S)作为一种现代化分析检测手段,在无机元素分析方面具有灵敏度高、检出限低、分析速度快、可以多元素同时测定等优势。本文主要阐述通过结合YC/T316-2014和GB31604.49-2016两种测试方法,优化出一种可以利用ICP-MS技术同时测定食品材料用纸和烟用材料用纸中重金属元素含量的方法。

The attention of paper safety performance is rapidly increased nowadays,among which the heavy metals content of food material paper and cigarette material paper has standard requirements,and it needs to be monitored and tested in the actual production process.Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometer(ICP-MS),as a modern method of analysis and detection,has the advantages of high sensitivity,low detection limit,fast analysis speed and simultaneous determination of multiple elements in the analysis of inorganic elements.In this paper,by combining YC/T 316-2014 and GB 31604.49-2016 two test methods,the ICP-MS technology can be used to simultaneously determine the content of heavy metal elements in food material paper and cigarette material paper.
