防火板芯纸的实验研究

摘要 探讨了防火板芯纸的浆料配比和湿强剂添加工艺,考察了加填对纸张湿强度和吸水高度的影响,初步确定了防火板芯纸合适的工艺条件。在现有瓦楞原纸浆料配比的基础上,通过降低秸秆化机浆比例,添加10%的自制本色化学浆,纸张湿强度和吸水高度得到明显改善;当湿强剂用量80 k g/t纸、滑石粉加填比例10%时,防火板芯纸的湿强度和吸水速度可以满足后续加工要求。 This paper discusses the ratio of pulp and wet strength additive technology of fireproof board core paper,investigates the effect of filling on wet strength and water absorption height of paper.The suitable technological conditions of fireproof board core paper has been determined firstly.On the basis of the existing corrugated medium pulp,the wet strength and water absorption height of the paper are obviously improved by reducing the ratio of straw chemical mechanical pulp and adding 10%home-made natural color chemical pulp when 80kg·t-1 wet strength agent and 10%talcum powder filling ratio are used,the wet strength and water absorption rate of fireproof board core paper can meet the requirements of following processing.
