单面润滑剂微涂工艺的应用实践

摘要 面对文化创意产业的蓬勃发展,白云纸业为积极响应高端印务及文创产品的市场需求,借鉴面巾纸柔软剂的实践经验,积极探索使用了单面润滑剂微涂工艺,来降低书写纸粗糙度、提高产品手感。在实际70 g/m^(2)书写纸生产中,通过膜转移施胶技术在纸张正面微涂0.8 kg/t纸的润滑剂,并在涂料中添加了40 kg/t纸的95级GCC、2.0 kg/t纸的PVA;成纸正面经润滑剂微涂后,粗糙度降低0.28μm,粗糙度两面差下降4.98%,手感提升明显,为企业进军文创笔记本市场提供了保障。 Faced with the vigorous development of cultural creative industries,Baiyun Paper Co.actively explored the use of one-sided lubricant micro-coating technology in order to respond to the increasing demand of high-end printing and cultural creative products.In the production of 70g/m2 writing paper,the lubricant of 0.8 kg/t paper was coated on the front of the paper by the technology of film transfer sizing,and the grade 95 GCC of 40kg/t paper and the PVA of 2.0 kg/t paper were added into the coating.After lubricant micro-coating on the front side of the paper,the roughness decreases by 0.28μm,and the difference between the two surfaces of the roughness decreases by 4.98%.
