Disaster Factors and Safety Prevention and Control Measures of Fire and Explosion in Chemical Enterprises

化工企业火灾爆炸事故发生频率高,危害程度大,是社会经济发展中人们一直高度关注的问题。文章采用事故树分析方式对化工企业火灾爆炸致灾因素进行了分析,主要包括六个方面:设备装置因素、工艺措施因素、消防设施因素、安全管理因素、处理能力因素和人员素质因素。为了有效提升化工企业火灾爆炸防控水平,避免火灾爆炸事故发生,减小火灾爆炸事故的危害和影响,需要充分考虑这些致灾因素,构建一套系统完善的消防安全保障体系。

Fire and explosion accidents in chemical enterprises occur with high frequency and great harm degree,which is a problem that people always pay close attention to in the development of social economy.This paper uses the accident tree analysis method to analyze the disaster factors of fire and explosion in chemical enterprises,which mainly includes six aspects:equipment factors,process measures factors,fire facilities factors,safety management factors,processing capacity factors and personnel quality factors.In order to effectively improve the level of fire and explosion prevention in chemical enterprises,avoid the occurrence of fire and explosion accidents,and reduce the harm and impact of fire and explosion accidents,it is necessary to fully consider these disaster-causing factors and build a complete fire safety guarantee system.
