生态文明新思想下的煤电企业环境保护管理探讨

Discussion on Environmental Protection Management of Coal Power Enterprises under the New Idea of Ecological Civilization

随着“绿水青山就是金山银山”“深入打好污染防治攻坚战”“双碳”目标等一系列生态文明思想和攻坚任务的宣传贯彻以及中央和地方生态环保督察的深入开展,面对新形势、新任务、新要求,如何科学、合理、合法地做好煤电企业的环境保护监管,有效预防和减少污染,避免环境舆情,成为了制约煤电企业发展和电力布局的关键因素。文章分析了煤电企业对环境的影响,在明确国家当前管理要求的基础上,着重从管理内容、管理方式、管理体系等方面阐述了如何做好煤电企业的环境保护工作。

With the publication of a series of ecological civilization ideas and tasks,such as“Lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets”“Go deep into the battle against pollution prevention and control”“Dual Carbon”Target and the in-depth development of central and local environmental protection supervision,facing the new situation、new tasks and new requirements,it has become a key factor restricting the development of coal-based power enterprises and power distribution on how to supervise and manage the environmental protection of coal-based power enterprises scientifically,reasonably,legally,effectively prevent or reduce pollution,avoid environmental public opinion.This paper analysed the environmental impact of coal-based power enterprises.It was laid on how to do a good job of environmental protection in coal-based power enterprises from the aspects of management content、management mode and management system based on the current management requirements of the country.
