摘要
在现代工业中,离心式压缩机作为一种常见设备,具有结构紧凑、效率高以及运行稳定可靠等特点,被广泛应用于化工生产、电力输送、冶金冶炼等众多领域之中。但由于其结构及工作原理等因素影响,一旦发生故障将直接导致整个机组无法正常运转,同时还会严重降低企业经济效益。为了避免这些问题出现,必须要采取一定方法来减少或消除离心压缩机产生的振动故障隐患。基于此,文章针对离心式压缩机振动故障展开研究与探讨,并提出相应的处理对策,旨在减少离心压缩机故障的发生率,确保机组安全高效地运行。
In modern industry,centrifugal compressor as a common equipment,has the characteristics of compact structure,high efficiency and stable and reliable operation,is widely used in chemical production,power transmission,metallurgy and other fields.However,due to the influence of its structure and working principle and other factors,once the failure will directly lead to the normal operation of the whole unit,but also seriously reduce the economic benefits of enterprises.In order to avoid these problems,it is necessary to take certain methods to reduce or eliminate the vibration fault of centrifugal compressor.Based on this,the vibration fault of centrifugal compressor is studied and discussed in this paper,and the corresponding countermeasures are proposed to reduce the incidence of centrifugal compressor failure and ensure the safe and efficient operation of the unit.
