摘要
张宣科技能源公司针对横管式煤气初冷器管束泄漏严重,初冷器后煤气温度过高,换热效率较低的情况,对初冷器换热管束进行更换,创新换热管束的过程控制,采用冷轧式流体无缝钢管材料,利用胀接法工艺,并配有简易脚手架、卷扬机、移动穿管平台,仅用30天时间就完成了初冷器内6471根换热管束的更换,既节省时间又保证工程进度与质量。
In view of the serious leakage of the tube bundle of the cross-tube gas primary cooler,the high temperature of the gas after the primary cooler and the low heat exchange efficiency,Energy Company of HBIS Group Zhangxuan Technology replaces the heat exchange tube bundle of the primary cooler,the process control of heat exchange tube bundle is innovated,which adopts coldrolled fluid seamless steel tube material,uses expansion joint process,and is equipped with simple scaffolding,hoisting machine and moving pipe-piercing platform,it only takes 30 days to replace 6471 heat exchange tube bundles in the primary cooler,which can save time and ensure the project progress and quality.
