摘要
航空煤油储油罐在清洗时,会因阀门误操作、关闭不严等原因,导致航空煤油进入储油罐,进而导致储油罐内油气增多,发生事故。为避免事故发生,航空煤油储油罐在清洗时一般采用盲板封堵或者管道拆除的方式进行管道隔离。然而盲板封堵和管道隔离工作量大,且操作过程中不可避免航空煤油流入外界,造成污染。因此研制简易管道封堵装置,从储油罐内部对管道进行隔离封堵。研究结果表明,简易管道封堵装置对隔离航空煤油进入储油罐具有很好的效果。此外,简易管道封堵装置在阀门维修等情形下同样适用,可有效隔离油、水等液体介质,应用前景广泛。
When cleaning the aviation kerosene storage tank,it may be caused by valve misoperation,lax closing,etc.,causing aviation kerosene to enter the storage tank.Leading to an increase in oil and gas in the oil storage tank,resulting in accidents.In order to avoid accidents,when cleaning aviation kerosene storage tanks,blind plate plugging or pipe removal is generally used for pipe isolation.However,the workload of blind plate plugging and pipeline isolation is large,and aviation kerosene inevitably flows into the outside world during operation,causing pollution.Therefore,a simple pipeline sealing device is developed to isolate and seal the pipeline from the inside of the oil storage tank.The research results show that the simple pipeline plugging device has a good effect on isolating aviation kerosene from entering the oil storage tank.In addition,simple pipeline plugging devices are also suitable for valve maintenance and other situations,which can effectively isolate liquid media such as oil and water,and have a broad application prospect.
