Important Point and Quality Management of Pressure Pipeline Installation in Petrochemical Plants

石化企业发展过程中需优化产品结构和推进节能降耗,因此对管道的连续输送、分配混合、控制计量等功能提出了实际要求。文章从改造或新建运行装置石化管道的施工管理实际出发,对石化管道安装工艺与质量管理进行探讨,优化压力管道安装工序及质量控制措施。

In the process of development,petrochemical enterprises need to optimize product structure and promote energy saving and consumption reduction.Therefore,practical requirements are put forward for continuous pipeline transportation,distribution and mixing,control and metering,etc.In this paper,the installation process and quality management of petrochemical pipeline are discussed based on the actual construction management of petrochemical pipeline in revamp or new operation units,and the installation process and quality control measures of pressure pipeline are optimized.
