摘要
为了提高对低品质磷资源的利用效率,以低品位磷矿、湿法磷酸淤渣(渣酸)为主要原料,同时根据云南省澳洲坚果植株的营养特性及养分需求,采用单因素试验方法探索制备高含量枸溶性磷肥的实验条件。实验结果表明:最佳的工艺条件为湿法磷酸淤渣(渣酸)与低品位磷矿的质量比为1.0、反应温度为85℃、熟化时温度为55℃、熟化时间维持在7 d、转化剂添加量为12%、水分用量为40%。
In order to improve the utilization efficiency of low-quality phosphorus resources,low-grade phosphate rock and wet phosphoric acid sludge(sludge acid)were used as the main raw materials,while the test conditions for the preparation of high-content citrate soluble phosphorus fertilizer were explored using a single-factor test method based on the nutritional characteristics and nutrient requirements of macadamia plants in Yunnan province.The experimental results show that the optimum process conditions are as follows:the mass ratio of wet phosphoric acid sludge(sludge acid)to low-grade phosphate rock is 1.0,the reaction temperature is 85℃,the curing temperature is 55℃,the curing time is maintained at 7 d,the amount of conversion agent is 12%and the amount of water is 40%.
