中国铁路数字工程体系研究

摘要 随着信息技术的迅速发展,数字工程在各行业蓬勃兴起,铁路领域也迫切需要明确、规范铁路数字工程的相关概念。铁路数字工程是将建筑信息模型(Building Information Modeling,BIM)、地理信息系统(Geographic Information System, GIS)、人工智能(Artificial Intelligence, AI)、大数据、物联网(Internet of Thing, IoT)等信息技术与建造理论相结合,整合人员、流程、数据、技术和业务系统,实现全要素、全过程、全参与方数字化管理的工程。其核心是应用先进的信息技术,支持铁路智能建造的全过程,以提高效率、质量和可持续性。可以说铁路数字工程既是铁路信息化管理升级,也是智能建造的支撑,其涵盖管理要素、技术理论和工程建设周期三个维度。此外,还提出了铁路数字工程标准体系,包括创建标准、审核标准和管理标准等分支,涵盖了设计、施工、工程建设管理等各个环节。该标准体系为铁路数字工程提供了全面指导,有助于确保数字化转型按照统一标准进行。铁路数字工程的发展为推动智能铁路提供巨大的助力,其未来将继续为铁路领域带来更多创新与发展。 With the rapid development of information technology,digital engineering has flourished across various industries,and the railway domain is also in urgent need of a clear and standardized concept of railway digital engineering.Railway digital engineering combines information technologies such as Building Information Modeling(BIM),Geographic Information System(GIS),Artificial Intelligence(AI),Big Data,Internet of Things(IoT),and construction theories.It integrates personnel,processes,data,technology,and business systems to achieve a digital management engineering for all features,whole process and multi-participants.At its core is the application of advanced information technology to support the entire process of intelligent railway construction to improve efficiency,quality and sustainability.It can be said that railway digital engineering is not only the upgrading of railway information management,but also the support of intelligent construction,which covers three dimensions:management elements,technical theory and engineering construction cycle.In addition,the railway digital engineering standard system is also proposed,including the creation standards,certification standards and management standards,covering design,construction,engineering construction management and so on.This standardized system provides comprehensive guidance for railway digital engineering,ensuring that digital transformation adheres to unified standards,boosting efficiency,reducing risks,and ensuring quality.The development of railway digital engineering contributes significantly to the advancement of intelligent railways,and its future prospects promise further innovation and growth within the railway sector.
