延安时期中国共产党劳动教育的理论探索、精神建构及经验启示

The theoretical exploration,spiritual construction and experience enlightenment of labor education of the Communist Party of China in Yan'an Period

延安时期中国共产党十分重视劳动教育发展,深入挖掘中华优秀传统文化中的劳动教育资源,以马克思主义经典作家的劳动教育观为导向,立足毛泽东对新中国“教育与生产劳动相结合”的探索,创造性地提出“劳动光荣”的新理念。推动着以自力更生、艰苦奋斗为内核的人人劳动、劳动致富、劳动光荣、劳动创造的延安劳动精神的建构。新的历史条件下,应当从理论性维度、劳动观念层面和实践性维度三个方面完善现代化劳动教育体系。

During the Yan'an period,the CPC attached great importance to the development of labor education,deeply explored the resources of labor education in the fine traditional Chinese culture,took the concept of labor education of the classic Marxist writers as the guidance,based on Mao Zedong's exploration of“combining education with production and labor”in the People's Republic of China,and creatively put forward the new concept of“Glory in Labor”.The new concept of“labor is glorious”has promoted the construction of the Yan'an labor spirit of self-reliance and arduous struggle as the core of everyone's labor,labor to become rich,labor is glorious,and labor creates.Under the new historical context,the modern labor education system should be improved from theoretical,labor conceptual and practical perspectives.
