摘要
从力学性能、宏观组织、微观组织三方面分析6005铝合金型材粗晶对组织和力学性能的影响,为铝合金加工技术和工艺提供参考。通过分析确认,晶粒越小,6005铝合金型材的抗拉强度越大。6005铝合金型材断面上晶粒大小不一,截面周边晶粒特别粗大,形成环状或月牙状组织。6005铝型材皮质层晶粒度满足客户标准要求,但基体晶粒度低于客户标准要求。
The influence of 6005 aluminum alloy profile coarse crystal on structure and mechanical property was analyzed from three aspects of mechanical property,macro organization and microstructure to provide reference to aluminum alloy processing technology and craft.It is confirmed from analysis that the smaller the grain,the higher the tensile strength of 6005 aluminum alloy profile.Variously sized grains are on the section of 6005 aluminum alloy profile,with grains around the section being particularly coarse,to form annular or crescent structure.Cortical layer grain size of 6005 aluminum alloy profile meets client’s standard requirement,but matrix grain size is below client’s standard requirement.
